This is PlusOne's friend. The one I was trying to beg food off of. He really, really wanted to be my friend. So I let him pet me. And pet me. And pet me. But he did not give me any food, so I do not know if I want to be his friend.
Do you think I am being unreasonable? I suppose I am. But a girl has to have priorities, right?
I'd be friendly for some food--maybe!
ReplyDeleteYa know, Roxy, lots of 11 year old guys don't like broccoli. Maybe if you let him know that you'd eat his broccoli for him he'd share that with you.

ReplyDeleteLike Karen Jo said, it is nice to be petted. And 11 year old guys needs a lot of food to keep their energy up, so maybe he just doesn't have a lot of food to spare.

ReplyDeleteWe know you are everyone's friend. It is just a question of priorities. Emmitt loves everybody, but if he thinks you have food and you are not sharing, he pulls away from pets and hugs until he gets his taste too. Priorities!
