Missing Mr. Karate

Mom went off to karate early like she always does on Saturday. Class starts at nine a.m. Mr. Karate wasn't there. He is off on vacation. Mom misses him a lot. She misses his energy and enthusiasm and just the ability to talk to him about stuff. Mom thinks their teacher misses him too, because he asked mom how she was holding up without him. Mr. Karate should be back next Sunday. Sigh. It will be a long week.

Dad went off and visited a friend tonight, so mom and PlusOne made popcorn and watched Wallace and Grommit, the first three shorts. The Wrong Trousers, A Grand Day Out and A Close Shave. As you can see, I am eagerly eyeing the popcorn.


Waiting for PlusOne to let me go so I can dive into the bowl. After all, mom said I need to eat a little more, right?



Unfortunately, PlusOne has a good grip on me. Drat. Have a nice day.

    Mom's favorite is "The Curse of the Were-Rabbit", but she likes "The Wrong Trousers," too.

    Oh my - WHERE exactly are you guys located? I can't believe you are still having SNOW!!!! I am busy lizard hunting and the staff says they NEED to put up covers to provide shade or they can't have breakfast out in the garden anymore because it is getting too warm.....
    And you are telling me PlusOne did NOT share the popcorn with you???? I'll send Emil to bite him if you want...
