Fabulous Friday

It is a Fabulous day. First, the Dughallmor Beagles and Tibby both gave me the Friendship Award.

They are new blogs that have discovered mom and mom thinks they are both very nice woofies. If you haven't visited them yet, you may want to go say hi. They are very friendly.

Second, over one hundred and fifty people are alive because of the incredible skill of Captain Sullenberger, who landed his aircraft in the middle of the Hudson River. That and the ferries who quickly moved in position to rescue the passengers made for a wonderful story book ending. I just have to mention this because it was so incredible and so very wonderful.

Have a Fabulous Friday.

  6. Thank goodness everyone survived that plane wreck. They keep talking about the pilot here in Indy because he is a Purdue University alum! Hats off to him for his quick thinking!

  10. That landing Was truly amazing when you consider how tight things are in NYC. Excellent training was put to the test for both the pilot and the emergency response team!! Very happy ending! They should be proud.
