Mom is grumpy because there is no hot water in the house. And she hasn't been able to take a HOT shower for TWO days. The plumbing man is coming to (hopefully) replace the hot water heater today and then mom says she wants a loooooong hot shower, or maybe a bath.
She also says she can't really complain, as it's 16 or 17 years old, and they are supposed to last for 10 years. It's just NOT what mom was planning on doing today, or any time in the near future.
Still, if she's home from work you KNOW that I plan on getting snuggles in.
Mom understands.
