Boysenberries And Insanity

The boysenberries are really blooming (?) nicely. They taste so nice when you pop them in your mouth. Mom has to take a bowl to hold all that she is picking lately, there are so many of them.

Mom is working really hard in the spare bedroom. In the last two days, she has sheet rocked, put one wall of paneling back up, mud and taped the sheet rock slanted ceiling, put two coats of paint on the ceiling, taken all the baseboard trim off and replaced it. Taken the two door frame moldings off and replaced them, primed the room, then painted it....twice. Along with doing laundry, a few trips to home depot and trying to clean the mess up.

I think if we want her to slow down, we will have to sit on her, like we are doing here. That is her chest under Lucky and me. She couldn't move when we did this the last time, so I know it will work. I just have to coordinate it with Lucky.

Boysenberries are really yummy. You and Lucky have a good plan, but you have to wait until your Mom sits or lies down to put it into action. It doesn't sound like that happens very often.

If Lucky trips her, you can lay on her and keep her down until Lucky climbs on to help secure her!! Sometimes we know whats best for the mommies, not them!! Go get her! =)
Happy Monday!!

Great plan Roxy! Just sit on her and she won't be able to work anymore!

I loved yesterday's post about PlusOne's hygiene at camp. Aren't boys just silly!!!

Reading all that made Mom super sleepy! We're glad PlusOne had such a great time at camp. Mom giggled about the soap and clean underwear.
Happy Monday to you guys!

your mom is amazing! i have a feeling roxy that you and lucky will be hanging on for dear life as your mom does her projects. instead of holding her down. :)

Did you get some berries? The pix made mom regret that the store was closed so she couldn't go get some berries for herself.
