This is how mom feels about going back to work today. I can't say I am thrilled about it either. No more cuddling and being under the blanket all day while she reads. No more getting out of bed really late. No more belly rubs and ear scratches all day long. Yeah, I'm not happy about it either.

It's too bad she has to leave to make money for your food. It would be so much better to get cuddles all the time.

Oh girls, I feel your pain. Dad has been our constant companion for the past week. Mom has been around more too. We are going to miss them. Hope Sluggo doesn't pee up the place!
I guess you'll just have to treasure the belly rubs and ear skritches you get now that it won't be an all day thing! :/
Happy New Year to you all. We are lucky and get a four day weekend for both Christmas and New Year here, so it is two short working weeks.
Our weather has been chilly even though it is summer here, so we have been curling up with books as well.

Work kind of sucks, but it does pay the bills and makes it so Mommy's can bring home the kibble so we can't complain too much (though we don't like it when Mommy EVER leaves us).
