Mom thinks Robin from Top Chef, is insane. She tried new things over and over again for elimination challenges, then was surprised when she was in the bottom. Mom is glad she has finally gone home. She feels bad that Jen "hit the wall", though. Mom thought she would be a contender.Have a great day.

We like this season of Top Chef too, as we think there is a more talented bunch than is normally on.
We are a few episodes behind you guys, Ash just got voted off this week.
Mum would be hopeless, as she umms and ahhhs thinking about dinner, and wouldn't be able to put together a menu on a budget of $5 in five minutes.

We agree with your mom, Robin is insane and we are glad to see her gone. Who tries new recipes or techniques during a competition? You are supposed to be showing off how good you are at the things you are good at! I like Jen but unless she gets out of her funk she will not make it to the top three. I'm routing for Kevin to win.
Yeah, she should have stuck to what she knew and was good at! And she said the sugar candy didn't work because of all the humidity? They are in the middle of the desert! I hope Jen can recover her confidence.
I love Top Chef, too, but I've been watching it off my DVR and I'ma few episodes behind everyone. My favorite guy is Kevin Gillespie!

TOTALLY agreeeeeee! We watched it last night. I am so frustrated with Jen since she was SUCH a strong competitor. I never liked Robin much because overly-glass-half-full people bother me LOL :) Kevin is clearly the most level-headed, talented one, I think the Voltaggio brothers are good but I think Kevin should win. He's so endearing and sweet. Oh- AND TALENTED!
