Real Dog Owners....
Don't leave their pets outside in 2 degree F weather, chained to a tree. Mom saw that twice this weekend and boy was steam coming out of her ears when she did. I'm glad my mom loves me so much that she would never do that to me.
That gets Mom upset too. What's that green thing in your picture? Does your mom make quilty things too? We have one here too, and when it comes out, the evil noise maker usually comes too.....but we bark it into submission!
That's terrible! I think people have gotten {a little} better about not leaving us pups out in the heat, but they need to make sure we stay warm in this cold weather, too!
My sister did an exchange last winter and went to Quebec, Price to be exact and every single dog was an outside dog (there was even a pug!) and she said somedays it was -20 Celcious atleast. brr.. I can't even imagine!
WOW!! That is like -16C !!! That IS cold and those people are SO mean. A pox on their home ;) We certainly hope PlusOne is feeling better. Nothing works like Mom and pug power!! Mom likes that Minotaur :) Purrs Mickey, Georgia Tillie

Oh those poor dogs. Perhaps the steam out of your Momma's ears warmed them up? I am quite glad you are more well treated.
Unfortunately there are many humans out there not fit to take care of anything breathing.. :( Those poor dogs :(
I am steaming, too. Those poor dogs. Some people are just unfit to have dogs.
We don't understand that either. Some people don't deserve to have pets!
Just makes us realize how lucky we are!!

So true. Poor Brutus was outside for 3 years in KY before coming to live here with me. I can't imagine him being outside! You got tha life Roxy.
