Here is a mock up mom made to see what their options looked like. The Black line on the left side is the difference between a 40" TV and a 46" TV. PlusOne wants a 46". Mom and Dad think he may be right. I don't care, as long as I have a lap to sleep on while they are watching TV.

Yeah I don't care either. Although we have a 56" and it would be way fun to see that knocked over, don't you think?
Zoe jumps at the tv and barks and anything with 4 legs ... I'm not sure I'd want anything bigger than our 27"! LOL!!! If you don't have that "situation" I'd say GO BIG!!!

Our tv was 28 years old when we replaced it at Christmas time. It had gone black & white. We went for 40" LED and it's plenty big because its so clear.
Scarlet thinks its awesome to be able to see Animal Planet and the Food Network in full color again :)

we just bought a 60 inch at christmas. yes, it is rather large. i think as long as you have a good spot, nice and stable, get the bigger one. we bought a vizio at walmart, great tv and a good price. :o)
46" What the heck. You only live once and you guys watch tv a lot.
