Manufactured Monday

Mom worked on Mr. Karate's bed platform yesterday. Since she doesn't have the correct rails for those posts, mom suggested Plan B, using the neat spool feet mom had, and just basically getting the bed off the floor.

So one piece of 1/2" plywood and three 2" x 6"'s later and voila, one platform.

Here it is all made. And yes, mom did vacuum.

You may also notice the very nice rug that used to be in mom's sewing room. Mom let Mr. Karate have it as it really is too nice to be tramped on in the winter with boots and such. It does match his drapes and it does look really nice in the room. Don't you agree?

Mom also worked on trimming out his other window. It's almost done. Then mom has to prime and paint it, but at least she can hang the curtain, so he can have a little more privacy on that side of the room. lol
