It was another beautiful day here. Sunny, not windy, and in the 80's. Mom worked on her quilt a lot, (it is getting really big) and she worked in the garden a little. 
Mostly Lucky and I slept in the sun,
watched mom,
or slept on the sofa,
while mom worked on her quilt. Pretty rough day, huh? Too bad mom has to go to work Monday. YUK!

It's always hard to go back to work! Yea that sucks.. I want nice warm weather! 2 weeks ago we had really nice warm weather..

It is always a bit sad when the vacation comes to an end. I am glad that your Mom got so much done on her quilt and that you and Lucky got to spend so much time with her. You found some really good nap spots.

I am so glad you had such a wonderful vacation! I cannot wait to see your mom's quilt! What kind of garden is your mom working in? Flower or food? Emmitt says he likes the food kind where he can go hunting for tomatoes!

Roxy, at least you got time this week to supervise the quilt making. That makes you a Q.I. (quilt inspector). That's an important job.

It's to bad that your Mom has to go back to work...don't you think that parents should be allowed to hang out at home and work on their quilts (or knit, in my Mom's case) as much as they want?
