It's All Dad's Fault

Mom was going to get caught up on her blog reading tonight,

after helping PlusOne on a book report due today.

Except dad got mom interested in the new show Kings. It stars Ian McShane.

Mom has loved Ian McShane since Disraeli, on Masterpiece Theater eons ago. Memere and mom watched the series together, and they both loved it.

This is what IMDB said about McShane in Disraeli. "Disraeli was Ian McShane's career role and if this series is ever rebroadcast on Masterpiece Theater or some other venue, do not miss it."
So you can all blame dad for mom not blog reading yesterday. It's all his fault. Mom promises to catch up today.

What an interesting toy you are staring at... do things go on it quickly? I bet I can catch them!

When there's something really good on TV, I get distracted from my blog reading, too. That is a really great toy all around you. Is it a toy car racetrack?

My mom said that you are a good girl sitting there because I would eat that roller coaster :)

Our woman always loved Masterpiece Theatre (we don't have cable any more), so she totally understands. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

So what did you think of it? I missed the first half hour and then taped the last 20 minutes. lol
But so far it seems kind of interesting!
I like Ian McShane too, he was in Death Race not that long ago either. I am sure I have seen him in a bunch of other things as well..

Is that a roller coaster toy? Looks cool!

It does looks like a roller coaster gadget thing. And you are such a well-behaved pug . . . I would be totally running through it and getting in trouble!

Dad always takes the blame... it makes life easy.

Comcast has past episodes of "Kings" on their "On Demand" channels ;-)
