To Torture or Not To Torture

I decided against torturing mom, as most of my ideas would have gotten me summarily killed. (I did, however, escape out of the back yard on dad. I came back when he shook the treat can.) I also decided to give mom the "pitiful" look.

Isn't that a good look? It worked. PlusOne layered Beggin' Strips on my dinner and mom gave me lots of green beans and some chicken! Su-Weet!
But just so you get an idea of what I have to work with, here's Lucky trying to give mom a message. Do you think mom got it?

Nope! She vacuumed anyway. The things I have to deal with.

Oh my friends! I know what it is like to try to escape- sometimes it works- sometimes it doesn't. I know one thing for sure- and that is your little face is too cute!

I think I would have gone for the sulky and pitiful look too.

Roxy, beggin' strips layered on your dinner!? Why have I never thought of that? I'll have to suggest it to my Momma...

Wow - did you get the beggin strips for coming back??? I got out the other day too and the mommy gave me a treat when I came when she called. :)

I'm so glad that we have laminate floors now 'cuz the Dyson has been relegated to the spare bedroom closet. Hee, hee! No rug-sucking monster for us!

Madison loves the vaccuum. She lays down in front of it and falls asleep. Or at least pretends to be sleeping.
