The Super Secret Project Revealed

By now you all know about Auntie's Super Secret Project. And how it was not just one quilt, but FIVE quilts. Well, mom wanted in. (Auntie needed help. Five is a lot of quilts.) So Auntie goes "you can make Kidbean's quilt, because you have a boy." And mom said "I don't want to make Kidbean's quilt. I want to make the little girl quilt." And so she did. Here I am snoopervising.

Mom had to work fast and hard, though, to have it ready in time. So as soon as she finished her Asian quilt, she was tearing into Sweetban's quilt.

Auntie came over and helped her get "organized" and she did some sewing. The next thing you know, they had this.

Mombean had said that Sweetbean liked pink. So mom made sure it was pink.

Auntie said Mombean was stunned when she opened it and that Sweetbean loves it.

I think she must, if she's playing on it like this!

My mom said,"IT'S BEAUTIFUL!" and then she did that girly squee-thing. I think you worked very hard, and it shows! Sweetbean is in girly-pink heaven, isn't she? That's good!

When SweetBean opened it, her eyes got real wide and she said, "OH, WOW!", which, according to SheBean, was the highest compliment you could have received.

Yeah, she loves it.

Considering how little SweetBean talks, having her exclaim "OH WOW!" and then drag her toys onto it means a lot. It's purrfect!

What a pretty quilt. Thanks for the well wishes with the Foster brother. He is pretty cool. A little squirrely but he seems good.
