Thursday Thirteen

Thirteen things to do when you can't think of what to blog about.

1) Pull out the baby photos. Those are always good in a pinch.

2) Stay up late watching Top Chef and hope something "hits" you.

3) Tell everybody that you are in the new production of CCSI III and link to The Cat Realm so everyone can see your picture and name in the cast.

4) Read all the blogs you can and see if anyone is doing anything interesting, like "The Book Meme", "The Six Word Memoir Meme" or the "5 Things Meme".

5) Check out Dogster and Catster for their "Which Star is Your Pet" Quiz. Or any of the other half a million quizzes out there about half a million different subjects.

6) Shamelessly steal another blog's idea after you have left the "Hope you don't mind if I borrow this?" comment on the comment page.

7) Post a picture in which you look really, really cute, or are doing something really, really funny and hope that no one notices you don't have much to say.

8) Talk about the things that everyone else is talking about, e.g. things that are bothering me (high gas prices) yadda yadda yadda.

9) Re-post pictures that went over well and hope people don't remember seeing them before.

10) Pull out the embarrassing photos. They are always good for a laugh. (And hey, everyone has one or two of those.)

11) Ask your boy (or girl) to come up with something. They usually can find something amusing to tell people. Plus, it's from a child, so you get cut some slack.

12) Pull out the silly sleeping pictures.

13) Hope your mom can come up with something when you can't think of what to blog about.
