Snowy Saturday

The state has received 102.2 inches of snow in Concord, where the official records are kept. The record was set in 1873-74, when the state got 122 inches. Since 1900, only one year -- 1995-96 -- has been snowier than this year.

Guess mom will be working on the quilt tomorrow. Because she sure as heck does not want to go out in the snow! Wuss!

Parker said snow is now a four-letter word at their house. I think it is at my house, too!
