Well, it has been quite a week. From my being ultra-sounded to the 6" (at least) of snow we received tonight, it has been very busy. And then there was the cheese. Remember when I told you the boy said that Lucky ate most of it. Well, he was right. I hardly got any! So it was Lucky that was very "uncomfortable" the next day. Serves her right for being such a pig about it, not sharing any with me. And mom came home to a mess, but she knew she would. It could have been worse. It could have been chocolate. But then Lucky doesn't like chocolate. After that, Lucky didn't feel like being social, so she decided to hide behind the recliner. And under it as you can see.
You should have seen how mom was perched trying to get this shot. Obviously, nobody was allowed in the recliner until Lucky came out from her spot. See her poor bloated tummy, it is better now. But after all that cheese (Dad thinks about 1 pound, give or take) Lucky wasn't feeling up to snuff, so the boy gave her lots of loving. You can see part of me on the right of the photo.
She is feeling much better, back to her old self. Which brings us back to me. After all, it is my blog. I am feeling better. Acting normal, doing my business as normal, eating anything I can get my paws on (mom cooked broccoli last night) and just being me! I only have one more day of my meds, then no more peanut butter. Rats! Oh well, everyone is praying so hard for me to get better that I can't let you all down. I have to get better and so everyone can stop worrying. Especially mom. She has really appreciated all your prayers, thoughts and comments. And I really am trying to be good. I mean, I didn't eat any of the cheese for goodness sake. But now I must go get my beauty sleep. And hope my hair grows in quickly.
