Miracle Dog Update

I am a MIRACLE dog. While mom was lying in bed trying to remember the phone number to the vet, the vet called us. I am FINE! My liver enzyme levels are NORMAL. Try 109! Down from 3529.

Everything across the board is in the middle of normal. So I am A-OK! I am mom's Christmas present. That and getting most of her stuff back. The vet figures I had Acute Active Hepatitus, which is a fancy way of saying I had a bad virus. My liver fought it off and I am fine now. Hurray!

Don't forget to read about mom's bread making day, yesterday. All that hard work should get noted. And if you want the recipe for the English Muffin Bread, it is on Auntie's Cooking With Love Blog. Just click on Cooking For Love and it will take you right to it. It's easy. If mom can make it anyone can make it.

::Phewwww::
I was sure that the test would come back A-OK, but it really is nice to know.

Hey, I have a pic up with me in a Sandy-Paws hat! Its almost as funny as you in your mombean's scarf.

I'm really startin' to get all excited about all the pressies tomorrow. I bet the boy is too. Even if he not sure about Sandy-Paws. I believe he'll bring great things for all good kitties and woofies. Maybe boy-beans too!

We are so relieved and now very hungry for English muffin bread. Your loaves are beautiful! We are going to print the recipe and hope ours turns out as good as yours. We will make it this afternoon and toast (heee get the pun) the first slice to Roxy and her family that gave us a wonderful holiday present! You are an amazing pug! and we love that your mom posted our favorite picture of you wearing the scarf. Hug Lucky for us too!

Hey Rox, This sounds so great!! My mom is hoping for similar results, since I've been behaving so normally ever since this all began. My vet, Auntie Judy, isn't back until Thursday, so I won't know where my enzymes are at until then. I could go to the ER to find out, but that will cost a trillion dollars. MOm figures Auntie Jujy will want to send me for an ultrasound, but at least it won;t be an emerg visit.

I'm so glad to hear your numbers are down. It sounds like you and i have been through exactly the same thing, since Auntie Jujy, figured my levels were probably up around 3000 when I first started vomiting and showing signs of a problem.

Anyway, I will keep you posted on what's shakin' on this end. I'm feeling super fantabulous great right now!!!! I sure hope you are too.

Have a great holiday and a merry merry Christmas!!!!!
