Update

Mom just got off the phone with the main vet, Dr. L. He told mom he is really worried about me because my liver numbers are so far out in left field. Apparently 3 of the 4 of them are just crazy. He is really happy that the blood work was taken so that they might catch this, whatever it is. Liver numbers take 2- 3 weeks to change. Pepere is coming to take me to the vet's for an ultrasound. Mom is really worried now. I am trying to be brave. I don't want mom to cry.

(((hugs))) to you and your mom. You are very, very brave. We are purraying and purraying that everything's ok. FWIW, when EG had his obstruction, he had one liver value that was 1017 (and it's not supposed to be over 100). It did go back to normal after a couple of weeks. We hope that this is the same kind of thing. Momma sends lots of hugs to your mom. She knows how scared she must be.

Roxie, Emmitt and I are sending you and your family lots and lots of hugs. You are a strong girl, and we agree with Memere, that if you are eating, drinking and everything is processing ok, that you are doing good! We have learned from our own experiences with people and pugs that numbers on a test result do not mean everything.
We are sending you Lots of love!

Oh Roxy, I am so sorry to hear this. I have not read your blog over the weekend, so I am just now learning of this liver issue. It sounds like you eating all those cookies was a blessing, because it led them to find this issue. We are praying for you! Please update us ASAP!

Oh Roxy, we are saying our prayers for you! don't worry to much though,Sometimes these tests give wrong results especially since they are soo off the charts. Have the ultra sound then repeat the blood work in two weeks. We have had a case of mixed up blood work in the lab before and everything turned out just fine! Keep the faith, we will keep the prayers comeing! xoxo Abby and Cush, twofawnpugs!
