1) If you could change one thing, what would you change?
I would have opposable thumbs. That way I could get into even MORE stuff than I do now!

2) If you could repeat an age, what would it be? any year?
All my years have been good so far, so I am not sure. Maybe 3, just because!

3) What is one thing that really scares you?
When I get my Dad angry at me by doing something I am not supposed to. Like getting on the table and eating the food off his plate. I also am afraid of people who come to visit until they give me a treat and then I am not so afraid any more.


4) What is one dream you have not completed, and do you think you’ll be able to complete it?
I want mom to grow FIELDS of broccoli for me so I can run through it and eat broccoli in any direction. I doubt this will happen. Mom has trouble growing broccoli from seeds.

5) If you could be someone else for one day, who would it be?
I would want to be Mom. Think about how much trouble I could get into then! A Black Belt Ninja Pug/Mom. hee hee, oh that would be bad.

I am supposed to nominate pugs here, so here's hoping  I do a good job.

Benny & Lily from Two French Bulldogs. These two are as funny, smart and handsome/pretty as any two doggies can be! I think I would be great friends with these two if they lived next door. I think it would be a hoot, but they might get cold up here in New Hampshire!

Tattle Tale Tuesday

I am quite upset with Mom. I received TWO awards a week or so ago and she has yet to post them. How can she do that to me??? I let her know in no uncertain terms that if she did not get on the stick and post my awards (and answer the fun questions) she would regret it. I can't decide if I should empty the toilet paper rolls or shred all the boxes of kleenex I can find. Maybe I should wake her up in the middle of the night. What do you think?

Why??

Why are weekends so short? I am not prepared for Monday. Can't we have a do over for Sunday. Please?

The Vet Says

The vet says that Lucky's blood work is normal. Which is good. Of course, PlusOne says Lucky is perfect, and she is, to him. We are going to keep an eye on her and try to avoid overheating her. PlusOne thinks she may have gotten too hot under the electric blanket. Because of that, he wants mom to take it off his bed so it doesn't happen again. Isn't that sweet?

Oh and don't worry about PlusOne being cold at night. He shoves the sheet, blanket and quilt to the bottom of the bed and ends up covered only in the comforter. Mom thinks it is the funniest thing ever. She even wonders why she puts a sheet, blanket and quilt on the bed in the first place.

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers for Lucky. We will be keeping a careful watch on her and will let the vet (and all of you) know how she is doing.

For The Moment

The vet couldn't find anything definitively wrong with Lucky yesterday. But Lucky did have two more episodes during the night. One woke PlusOne up at 1:00 am and the other was at 6:00 am. Neither was anywhere near as bad as the first one. The vet wasn't sure if it was reverse sneezing (mom says it wasn't) or some sort of heart issue. We do have some medication if necessary and the vet would like an ultrasound of the heart and/or lungs. We will keep an extra eye on her and we will keep everyone posted. Thanks for the ju-ju.

Going To The Vet!

Not me, Lucky! When Dad wakes up in the early am (3:30 am) Lucky barks to let him know she can hear him. Well, not the other morning. Dad heard HER! She was breathing really, really hard, her mouth was open like she was panting but she wasn't panting, more like growling and her sides were pumping in and out like a fire bellows. Mom woke up to this (because Dad put her on our bed) and was TOTALLY freaked out. She didn't know if Lucky was choking on something, or something was caught in her tummy, or lungs. Mom stayed awake for a half hour before deciding to go back to sleep and take Lucky to the vet first thing in the am.

But when mom woke up to go to work, Lucky was FINE. Absolutely FINE. She hasn't done it again, but mom is taking no chances. She wants to make sure Lucky is A-okay. And so do PlusOne and I!
