Juliet Is Settling In

Juliet has been demanding belly rubs from Mom and Dad when they go to bed. She also likes to gnaw on their fingers. Dad said they needed to buy her a chew bone. She has licked everyone, including PlusOne, so I would say she is settling in.

Except for the fact that she would NOT go for a walk yesterday either. Now, granted it was cold and misting rain. Mom was willing but not Juliet. Oh no. She wanted to go home!

I don't think Juliet understands yet, but she is eventually going to lose to Mom. lol

Thursday Three

 Juliet can be quite stubborn. She did NOT want to go for a walk yesterday. She sat down and wouldn't move forward. Mom eventually gave up.

 Roxy decided Mom's knee pillow was hers.

"Todd" the humongous sunflower came back

Then died in a thunderstorm, brought down by excessive rain

Easy Like Sunday Morning- NOT

Mom's been walking Juliet a lot and yesterday she started "The Purge"!

She is cleaning house and throwing stuff away. She started in the cellar because it was cooler there and I am afraid to go down there in case she decides to throw me out as well.

I'll keep you posted if anything interesting gets tossed.

The Meeting

So far so good. 

But still, PlusOne is a third person, an unknown and the family is taking it slow.

We all want Juliet to feel safe so we are trying not to push or rush anything.
