Tattle Tale Tuesday

Why can't mom understand that I need some FRUIT and VEGETABLES in my diet. Though I will NOT take a piece of banana from her, I will lick out the inside and leave the skin for her to find when she comes home from work. Today, PlusOne found this in the sofa. It was an apple and it was yummy. I wonder what pomegranate tastes like.

Look Out, It's SANDY!

They cancelled school last night at 6:00 pm. So PlusOne will be home with us to keep us safe. I am not going to say dry, that may or may not happen. I won't even say we will have power, because one newscaster said power outages are going to be a given! I am just glad we do not live in CT, RI, NJ or on the coast of MA! Because it is supposed to be even worse there. We pray that all our pug friends and family stay safe!

Sandy's Coming

Mom says there is a storm named "Sandy" coming. It is being called the "Frankenstorm". Whatever, I say, Lucky and I are prepared. We've got our winter coats on. See!

Holding On Tight

PlusOne held onto Lucky very tightly last night so she wouldn't fall out of bed again. All I can say is that I have NEVER fallen out of bed. But then I sleep BETWEEN mom and dad so it would be pretty hard for me to do so.

Lucky FELL Out Of Bed!!

Early yesterday morning mom heard Lucky barking. Since she had to go to the bathroom she decided to see what Lucky was barking about. When she got into PlusOne's bedroom, she couldn't figure out where Lucky was barking from. Turns out, Lucky had fallen between the bed and the wall, and since PlusOne has a set of drawers under his bed, Lucky couldn't climb under the bed to get out. Mom had to turn the light on (PlusOne just pulled the covers over his head, it was 4:17 am) and pull the bed away from the wall. Then she had to lean over the bed and try to find Lucky.

Mom was really happy that Lucky wasn't hurt but just in case, she took Lucky to bed with her and cuddled her so she felt safe. Lucky must have liked it, because she licked mom's entire arm and side of her face. Silly girl!

The News Is

Mom PASSED her test! She will be promoted to Third Degree Black Belt on November 14th. The Studio Owner said she did "awesome" and was an "inspiration" to the other students  and a "great" class leader. Mom is psyched. She has not stopped smiling since she heard the message. I wish she would stop hugging me though, she's squeezing too hard! lol
