68 degrees F here yesterday.
The average temperature for February 23rd is from 20 degrees F to 37 degrees F.
It won't last, apparently Oregon is sending us their rain.
Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.
And who knows, maybe the rain will stay rain and not be snow!

It was nice here too, though not as warm.
We will have some sun and maybe rain for the weekend.
