No, not Clapton's Layla, this Layla is PlusOne's new Pup!
She is 3/4 Chihuahua and 1/4 Shih Tzu and weighs all of 6.4 pounds.
She will be 1 yr old on the 24th.
Mom emailed Bonnie from NH Small Dog Rescue Friday night and Saturday Bonnie emailed her about Layla.
Yesterday Mom got up at 6:15 (she normally does not get out of bed until at least 9:00 am on Sundays) and she, Dad, Loopy and PlusOne went for a 2hour drive (each way) to get Layla before PlusOne went to work for 12:15 pm.
She is a little intimidated by Loopy's enthusiasm, but Mom thinks she will be ruling the roost very shortly.
