Flashback Friday

Mom was having a moment, (okay lots of moments) and couldn't figure out what to blog about. So she looked through her old pictures for inspiration. This is what she got.

This is Bridget. When mom first got Bridget, she weighed 30 pounds. Mom eventually got her down to 15 pounds. Here, she is still pretty hefty, and giving the plastic shark whatfor. It was funny. Whenever Bridget barked, she always went backwards as she did it, like a gun recoiling.

Here Bridget is a lot skinnier, though you might not be able to tell. As you can see, she loved sleeping on mom's fabrics.

She was a good dog. She was 15-1/2 years old when she went to the Bridge. Four months after that, mom got Lucky.

Wow! Thirty pounds is huge for a pug. I'm glad your Mom got her and slimmed her down. She looks adorable.

Karen Jo, Bridget was hardly what you would call "adorable". She was PlusOne's Great Protector when he was a baby, and she would chase big dogs away; but she was a GREAT dog!

Your Mom did a great job in helping Bridget lose weight! At 30 lbs, her face disappeared into her body! At 15 lbs,she is too cute :) She had a pretty good, long like too and that's nice:)

Hahahahaaaaa ... "Mom got Lucky?" Very cute, H-mom is giggling like an idiot.

H-Mom always loved pugs, but she never got lucky, in the pug-way. One time she almost bought a cute little girl-pug from a pet store, but she resisted because she knows that petstores are not to be encouraged. But she still remembers that sweet little face ...

Good job Mom! Maybe she can help me with my diet?

That was a very wonderful thing your mom did to help Bridget lose so much weight! I'll bet Bridget was much happier and healthier, and that's probably why she lived so long!
