What do you do if it is raining out, and there is a hurricane headed for the coast of Maine.
If you're me, you relax.
And if you're dad, you drive your family to the beach to see the high waves.
And whatnot.
If you're me, you relax.If you're mom, you put a coat of paint on the ceiling, and a second coat of paint on the walls.

He found crabs.
And whatnot.
And the sign saying no pets. A lot of people didn't "read" the sign. Mom and dad did. Bummer.

A beach trip without you? WRONG!
Sometimes it is not good to read all the signs. I hope mom did that, because most parks and beaches and places around here DO NOT ALLOW PETS. How boring!!!

I have taken Indy to the beach, didn't see a sign and let her off leash to run and play. As we were leaving a saw a HUGE sign. oops.

It looked like a nice beach, but I am sorry you and Lucky didn't get to play on it. Where my Cornish Grandma lives dogs are banned from most beaches in the summer but her dog loves them in the winter.
Your mum's room looks great now it has been painted, quite different!
Lucky just told me that most dogs that go to the beach are so excited to be there they forget how to read. I think she might be pulling my leg...

Roxy, you can come and walk on our beach if you like, no 'whatnot' sign. Although you do look very cozy on that sofa right now.

No no no - You can still turn in your cone head pics -I'm just trying to think of something for the people that don't have cone head pics already. I'll edit and make that more clear on the post!
I must say that beach is really pretty, but I hate water ...! PlusOne found some cool whatnots, though. :)
